Now Hiring: Machine Operator – 1st Shift
📍 Location: Bloomingdale, IL
🕒 Schedule: 1st Shift (8 to 12-hour shifts as needed)
💰 Pay: $16.00 per hour

Your Role as a Machine Operator:

🔹 Set up and change tooling as needed to ensure production efficiency
🔹 Operate automatic and hand-feed fastener drilling machines
🔹 Move parts to the next production stage with accuracy and attention to detail
🔹 Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final piece inspections to maintain quality standards
🔹 Apply basic math skills during the setup process to ensure precision
🔹 Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)
Industry Knowledge: Fastener industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
Technical Skills: Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong logical, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work
