🔹 Operate automatic and hand-feed fastener drilling machines
🔹 Move parts to the next production stage with accuracy and attention to detail
🔹 Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final piece inspections to maintain quality standards
🔹 Apply basic math skills during the setup process to ensure precision

✔ Education: High School Diploma or GED
✔ Experience: At least 1 year of machine operating experience (required)
✔ Industry Knowledge: Fastener industry experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
✔ Technical Skills: Ability to read and use calipers, micrometers, and blueprints
✔ Mechanical Aptitude: Strong logical, mathematical, and troubleshooting abilities
