🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM (Weekends/Overtime as needed)
💰 Pay: $17.00–$22.00 per hour

🔹 Set up and operate preprogrammed CNC machines to produce precision parts
🔹 Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
🔹 Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and ensure high-quality output
🔹 Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
🔹 Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure accuracy
🔹 Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
✔ Education: High School Diploma or GED
✔ Experience: Prior experience in the fastener industry is a plus but not required—training provided!
✔ Skills: Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and strong math/measurement abilities
✔ Work Ethic: Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
