We are passionate about providing high quality custom products and exceptional service to our customers, and we are looking to build our team as our business continues to grow.   What you will get: - Medical Insurance, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance Options - Qualified Paid Time Off (PTO) - Ongoing Training and Career Development - Other Specialty Benefits Job Summary:Using a variety of testing methodologies and tools, the Lab Technician position is responsible for testing the product at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure customer requirements and safety standards are met.    What you will do: - Conduct receiving, in-process, and final inspection of product mechanical properties including, but not limited to, tensile strength, hardness, and discontinuities. - Use tensile machine, hardness tester, mounting and polishing machines, and magnetic particle inspection to confirm parts meet required mechanical and physical properties. - Program, setup and operate testing machines consistent with requirements to ensure safe operation. - Interpret test results against industry standards and customer specifications to confirm product meets all mechanical and safety requirements. - Communicate with relevant departments regarding product that does not meet specified requirements (non-conformances) - Log and track results per company procedures using a computer and proprietary software. - verify and validate material chemistry certs per specified standards. - Other duties as requested and required. What you will need:  - High School Diploma or GED - Previous experience preferred but not required. - Magnetic particle inspection certificate preferred.
